Alcolizond xD

Alcolizond narra le vicende di Matako Alabotija, un alcolizzato realmente vissuto nella prima metà del 1600. Si tratta di un personaggio classico della letteratura degli alcolisti portato alla notorietà da Anonimo Alcolista che, dal 2010 al boh, pubblicò a puntate il suo romanzo “Mai sobrio”. Il libro ci narra le vicende, romanzate ma basate su fatti storici certi, del giovane Matako e del suo percorso spirituale per diventare un maestro della sbronza, famoso per la sua tecnica a due bottiglie e per la sua conoscenza dell’arte della sbornia.
Josephine prende spunto dagli elementi del libro per l’ambientazione e i personaggi del manga ma si prende notevoli libertà modificando caratterizzazioni dei personaggi e ordine delle vicende narrate.
Oltre ai combattimenti viene dato molto risalto al problema con l'alcol dei personaggi. Al pari del romanzo si vuole sottolineare come, quello del protagonista, sia soprattutto un viaggio dello spirito che ha come scopo quello di smettere di bere o come, più prosaicamente, viene detto nel manga di diventare “finalmente sobri”.

this is the first time i take part into a contest
it is "your self portait as a manga"
mine is not so manga..
and it's even not that good
since i did it in a hurry afraid that the contest would run away xDD
just one minute after reading about the contest i was doing it
I did it in 10 minutes and as you can see there's even the sketch under the pen lines
and IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE TO ME!
